Cal Thomas (The man who challenges that conservatives are morally superior to liberals, yet believes the U.S. is justified using torture on Iraqi prisoners.) has written yet another piece of conservative, hypocritical, contradictory, nonsensical garbage for his mindless readers. He implies, in his article "Why French didn't say oui", that the French are trying to emulate the United States and at the same time he condemns the French for going against U.S. policies (You gotta pick one!). This jackass doesn't write anything close to factual or meaningful in any of his columns. Listen to some of the mindless nonsense this dope actually passes off as intellectual insight.
The French rejection of the European Constitution will damage Chiracs' reputation and "give those Americans angry at the lack of French support for the war in Iraq and anti-Americanism a feeling of deep satisfaction."
What Americans is he talking about? The 15 - 20 trailer park dumbasses that still believe there are WMDs in Iraq and that Osama Bin Laden has ties to Iraq?
You think that there are Americans who don't like the French because they were correct? Bush was lying about intelligence reports! We'd be angry at the French because they relied on reports from the weapons inspectors who were there and not the CIA? This man has obviously had too many "freedom Fries."
This one is a classic. "The architects of a European Costitution positioned themselves as "founding fathers" in the mold of T. Jefferson, J. Madison and B. Franklin. The problem is the United States of America was founded, in part, on the idea that God was present at its creation." I suggest this man read a History book. The first settlers were tought how to survive in this country by the natives. They owed their very lives to the Native American tribes that they came in contact with. The settlers repaid their kindness by betraying and slaughtering them. The Natives were killed and their land stolen from them, forcing the few survivors to live on reservations or face death. I don't know what church you attend Cal but God doesn't look kindly on Mass Killings, Death Marches, passing out diseased blankets and rape.
Listen to the conservative hypocrisy that defines his writing . He supports Bush but states" Chirac's administration is "inconsistent and Inept."" The Bush administration has taken us from a $5.6 trillion surplus to $7.8 trillion debt. Bush has plunged us into an unnecessary war that has killed 1,600 Americans and irreparably wounded 15,000 more. He votes yes to kill people(21,000 - 100,000 Iraqi citizens) and (1,600 Americans). He votes no to stem cell research citing his love of life prevents him from supporting science that could one day save lives. He says he's for states rights then he flexes his Federal muscles (Terry Schaivo, Federal ban on gay marriage, Nuclear Option)to dictate his policies over states rights. His ideas and policies are just plain stupid and out of touch with what Americans want.
He finishes with this little gem. "The closest the French get to anything spiritual these days is in their wine bottles." Cal Thomas like other religious extremist conservatives do not give off the light of spirituality. People are not drawn to them because of his tolerance and love for his fellow man. They buy into his cleverly disguised prejudice and selfrightious commentary meant to judge and condemn those who do not share his views. He is the voice of the spiritually and morally bankrupt who hide behind the name of God but have no desire to embrace the churches teachings.

Kellog Brown and Root a subsidiary of Haliburton is the real driving force behind the Iraq war.
Dick Cheney has denied having contact with his "old" company. It has been proven through memos and records obtained by the media(Liberal, truth telling bastards, hell bent on destroying the American way of life) linking him to not only day to day operations but in the securing of contracts with the United States military in Iraq when he was Secretary of Defense and Vice President .
Right after Brown & Root's classified study on privatization of logistics for a downsized U.S. military showed that the Pentagon would save billions of dollars by outsourcing they secured their first contract. Cheney happened to be Secretary of Defense at the time. His company did the research that convinced his office of Secretary of Defense to support the offering of a contract worth millions to his company.(Why don't we all have it so good?)
Look at some of the contracts Halliburton has secured(Some of these would make any sports agent proud.) Housing for 100,000 soldiers(10,000 big tents) $200million. Repair oil facilities(To steal the oil for themselves) oops! I mean to help build the Iraqi infrastructure, $1 billion.To build enemy prisoner of war camps(shit hole dumps with cages)$28.2 million, wait a minute! (I live in a shit hole dump.I'll fill it with cages and sell it to the Pentagon for $14.1 million.Thats half of what they're paying now.)To accomodate an Iraqi survey group to find hidden Weapons of Mass Destruction(This is not a joke.)$40.8 million.(The Pentagon is offering contracts to find Santa and The Great Pumpkin so get your bids in ASAP....DAMN! Halliburton already got em'.)A site services support contract (What the fuck is that?) 5 yrs at $700 million(Eat your heart out Shaq.) Development of Iraq's southern oil fields $2 billion.
Iraqi Freedom, WMDs? I don't think so.

Did you know that despite U.S. sanctions against Iran(The AXIS of EVIL)there is an American company that has, through loopholes(Why is it that only assholes know where to find loopholes ) continue doing business in Iraq.Can you believe an American company doing business with these evil terrorists out to destroy the American way of life(No, that's the gays, no wait,or is it MTV, maybe the media,I forget.)any way, do you want to know the name of the company that would defy our great President George W. Bush?

Support Our Troops

Hanging a magnet on the back of your car. Placing a bumper sticker that says"We will succeed" or "American Freedom", so that the world can bask in the glow of your patriotism. You believe you are supporting the troops in Iraq. You condemn any one who questions the reasons we sent our troops into Iraq. You proudly and vehemently defend our president and government. You never waver.
You ignore the fact that our president and vice president admitted there were no Weapons of Mass Destruction. You turn a blind eye to the fact that our military tortured detainees and was caught doing so by humanitarian organizations. You forgive the fact that our government placed our soldiers in harms way due to poor planning and inferior equipment. You forget the fact that Dick Cheneys company HALIBURTON(Through a no bid contract) and the oil companies that helped Bush get elected have profited immensely from the war in Iraq(Coincidence?). You ignore the fact that thousands of our young men and women have died not defending our country but attacking another. You forget the fact that our president said we were attacking Iraq because they were poised to strike with WMDs, now it's Iraqi Freedom. You're O.K. with the fact that there are thousands of young men with missing limbs recovering in Germany. You're fine with the fact that Donald Rumsfeld didn't have enough respect for the fallen to sign the death letters sent to their families. He had a machine do it. You're comfortable with the fact that Donald Rumsfeld, your Defense Secretary has imposed such severe cut backs to health benefits for military personnel that he is named in a class action lawsuit on behalf of thousands of Vets. If I were in Iraq fighting for my life and the lives of those around me, could you understand if I were confused as to who was really supporting me?

Governor Pataki and the Republican Senators are thieves.
They borrowed $440 million that the taxpayers will end up paying back. This money was borrowed(Stolen) without the knowledge or approval of the people of New York. This money is not being used to improve the lives of New Yorkers. The money is to be divided between these thieves to pass around to their friends and business associates. This is not a Democrat vs. Republican issue. All New Yorkers are being robbed. Please do not allow this to happen. Call the Governor 518-474-8390. Tell him we will not stand for this. This is not the time to be Democrats or Republicans. We need to stand together as New Yorkers.

How is it that people like Suzanne Fields and Cal Thomas make it as syndicated columnists?
Columnists should observe the world around them and comment on events they feel are important. Cal and Suzanne pretend to have a grasp on world events and make up whatever facts they need to prove a point and push their agendas. Unfortunately the ignorance displayed by conservative republicans is so easy to exploit.
Here are some examples of the nonsense she is trying to sell to the moronic sheep that support the Bush administration.
1. "The soldiers that abused Muslims at Abu Ghraib prison were brought to trial,after the U.S. army itself exposed the scandal."(In the real world the scandal was exposed by the Red Cross and other humanitarian organizations.Those responsible were not held accountable.)
2."The imams may be the only people in the world who benefited from the Newsweek story." (G.W. and his administration used the story like all other "Big Stories",to deflect criticism from his botched mission in Iraq and Afghanistan and to distract people from the economy, gas prices and the all around poor job this administration is doing.)
3."Islam and the Islamic holy book are used to encourage violence."(Count how many atrocities that were committed in the name of Jesus Christ throughout history. ex. The Crusades, Spanish Inquisition, Salem witch trials. Suzanne if you ever meet a person of color(Ha Ha), ask how many of them feel that whites justified slavery and segregation with quotes from the Bible. Women had to fight against many interpretations and quotes from the Bible that were being used to deny them equality in this country.
4. She felt that the word "Jihad" in a text book should be looked at more critically.(Why was it O.K. when the president says we're on a crusade to fight terrorism. Jihad and Crusade are both holy wars. She states that Jihad is a justification for the men who flew planes into buildings on 9/11. Evangelical Christians support a president who has killed more people(Our soldiers) and Iraqi people than the terrorists did on 9/11.
5. "Israeli school children are taught positive images of Islam and Arab culture."(Not Israeli extremists children,dumb ass!)
Suzanne Fields is either so fucking stupid she's not qualified to write a middle school news bulletin or she recognizes how intellectually limited the people who voted for Bush are and writes this nonsense because it appeals to their sense of being better than those who are not like them.

The government of the United States has become one of the most corrupt organizations in the world. They are no better than most, if not all of the countries they condemn.
They sanction torture. They support legislation that keeps its poorest citizens from getting a proper education, forcing the poor and minorities into poverty and denying them access to the "American Dream". They allow the wealthy elite 5% of its population to cheat on taxes and steal from investors. They have created a system of law that allows the wealthy and expensively represented to avoid accountability and that only punishes the poor and middle class.They attack other countries and steal from them and kill those who resist.They force their military to kill and all the while reduce their soldiers benefits and deny them the care they earned. The government refuses to protect its borders denying it citizens a sense of security they paid for, instead using the money designated for Homeland Security to take vacations and give kickbacks to wealthy business associates. The government ignores the constitution whenever it chooses and uses Gods name to promote prejudice and hate. They control the media and promote propoganda denying their citizens of fact based news.They try to keep the people within its borders divided(RED Vs. BLUE) so that their greed and taking of power from them can go undetected.They lie to the people they were elected to serve and all the while call themselves moral.
