Cal Thomas (Super Patriot)

Cal Thomas (The man who challenges that conservatives are morally superior to liberals, yet believes the U.S. is justified using torture on Iraqi prisoners.) has written yet another piece of conservative, hypocritical, contradictory, nonsensical garbage for his mindless readers. He implies, in his article "Why French didn't say oui", that the French are trying to emulate the United States and at the same time he condemns the French for going against U.S. policies (You gotta pick one!). This jackass doesn't write anything close to factual or meaningful in any of his columns. Listen to some of the mindless nonsense this dope actually passes off as intellectual insight.
The French rejection of the European Constitution will damage Chiracs' reputation and "give those Americans angry at the lack of French support for the war in Iraq and anti-Americanism a feeling of deep satisfaction."
What Americans is he talking about? The 15 - 20 trailer park dumbasses that still believe there are WMDs in Iraq and that Osama Bin Laden has ties to Iraq?
You think that there are Americans who don't like the French because they were correct? Bush was lying about intelligence reports! We'd be angry at the French because they relied on reports from the weapons inspectors who were there and not the CIA? This man has obviously had too many "freedom Fries."

The problem is the United States of America was founded, in part, on the idea that God was present at its creation." I suggest this man read a History book. The first settlers were tought how to survive in this country by the natives. They owed their very lives to the Native American tribes that they came in contact with. The settlers repaid their kindness by betraying and slaughtering them. The Natives were killed and their land stolen from them, forcing the few survivors to live on reservations or face death. I don't know what church you attend Cal but God doesn't look kindly on Mass Killings, Death Marches, passing out diseased blankets and rape.
Listen to the conservative hypocrisy that defines his writing . He supports Bush but states" Chirac's administration is "inconsistent and Inept."" The Bush administration has taken us from a $5.6 trillion surplus to $7.8 trillion debt. Bush has plunged us into an unnecessary war that has killed 1,600 Americans and irreparably wounded 15,000 more. He votes yes to kill people(21,000 - 100,000 Iraqi citizens) and (1,600 Americans). He votes no to stem cell research citing his love of life prevents him from supporting science that could one day save lives. He says he's for states rights then he flexes his Federal muscles (Terry Schaivo, Federal ban on gay marriage, Nuclear Option)to dictate his policies over states rights. His ideas and policies are just plain stupid and out of touch with what Americans want.
He finishes with this little gem. "The closest the French get to anything spiritual these days is in their wine bottles." Cal Thomas like other religious extremist conservatives do not give off the light of spirituality. People are not drawn to them because of his tolerance and love for his fellow man. They buy into his cleverly disguised prejudice and selfrightious commentary meant to judge and condemn those who do not share his views. He is the voice of the spiritually and morally bankrupt who hide behind the name of God but have no desire to embrace the churches teachings.
